Preregistration Instructions:
Category form:
Entrants will need to fill out a Category form for each of the seven categories they enter. If multiple models are entered then all the models in the same category should be listed on the same form for that category. For example if you are entering three car models and two aircraft you need to fill out two Category forms, one for the Cars category that lists the three cars and another form for the Aircraft category that list the two aircraft. If the Cars are in the Masters contest then all the car models have to be entered in the Masters contest but the Category form works the same way - all three cars should be on the same Category form
If there are too many models (more than six) for a single category then use another Category form for the same category (for as many forms as it takes for all the models in that same category). For example if you are entering seven tank models, list the first six on one form for the "Armor" category and then fill out another Category form for the seventh model and also list the "Armor" category.
The category forms are used by the judges to record their remarks about the models. Please try to print clearly on these as the judges will need to be able to read the model name and scale.
Model Entry form:
This is a two part Model Entry form. Fill out one Model Entry form for every model you want to enter.
One part of this form goes with the model on the table. This should have the model name, scale, manufacturer (if kit) and description with entrant's name and contact information folded under the Model Entry form as it is placed on the table with the model. Make sure you list any major modifications or details about the model on the description so that the judges and contest attendees are aware of your work.
The other part of the Model Entry form is the claim check for that model that the entrant will be given and should keep with them.
